Having lost 60lbs over 7 months in 2011/2012, I decided to reflect on my journey in hopes of never having to travel the weight-loss road again... or at least not so far. Plus I need to keep my great new diet recipes, tricks, and tips somewhere!

Jeans, my Nemesis, Tamed
I bought my first pair of jeans ever without trying them on first and they are awesome!
