Having lost 60lbs over 7 months in 2011/2012, I decided to reflect on my journey in hopes of never having to travel the weight-loss road again... or at least not so far. Plus I need to keep my great new diet recipes, tricks, and tips somewhere!

My Surroundings
It's been eleven months since this journey began and that is causing me to reflect a bit.
Tonight I've been looking around at my surroundings at all the supports and reminders and encouragements I've utilised.
