Ingredients
- 2 oz chicken, diced into chunks same size as apple
- 3/4 cup broccoli, diced quite small
- 3/4 cup halved grapes
- 1 tbsp cholesterol-free mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fat-free sour cream
- 1 tsp - or to taste - mild curry powder
