Recipe for Curry Chicken Salad

A DELICIOUS salad that we originally enjoyed in a full-fat version but is really just as wonderful like this.

Ingredients
  • 2 oz chicken, diced into chunks same size as apple
  • 3/4 cup broccoli, diced quite small
  • 3/4 cup halved grapes
  • 1 tbsp cholesterol-free mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fat-free sour cream
  • 1 tsp - or to taste - mild curry powder

Method
Mix.
Yum.
